Rated 1 out of 5 by NC90042 Great location, horrible service. Very disorganized event! We arrived at the hotel around 7pm. My friends and I waited in the lobby waiting for the host to find our names and reservations. We had to wait 3 hours to get on the elevator. By the time we got to the 51st floor the open bar was closed. Once we got to the 51st floor we tried doing the Zip line. The person in charge told my cousin that we could do it because he hadn't paid in which finally he let him go on the Zip line. January 4, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by jcg5207 Horrible They only had 1 person working the computer that was giving out tickets and she was doing 10 other things as well. Vegas.com said go to the VIP line but club wouldn't let us in and said we had to get in the general admission line which was about 300 people long. open bar started at 8pm but they didn't start letting people go up until 8:30. Overall really poorly run experience. January 4, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Jackie271678 Disappointing New Year's Eve The evening started with two very long and unorganized queues. Although our tickets stated we could proceed to the guest list entry, we still had to queue for the club entry. Moreover, as there were two queues and asking the staff did not result in a clear answer, we first lined up in the wrong queue and finally had to switch back to the end of the other queue after a long time of waiting. After finishing the first, correct queue, we then had to line up again in the second queue. Overall, the whole process took more than one hour. We felt like the staff tried to prevent people from entering during the open bar hour. The club itself was okay, the view on the fireworks was great, although the fireworks were disappointing. Rated 5 out of 5 by Dandelionwishes89 Voodoo The club has more of an older crowd. It has an amazing view of the strip. Drinks are great through Vegas.com and entry to the club is great through them as well. The people who work at the club need to work on their communication but overall my experience was great. Rated 1 out of 5 by Pumay28 Avoid this place. I was there for new years, and let me tell you one of the worst club/lounge experience ever! It was so un organized. If you bought your ticket online then you had to wait in a line full of people that only had one lady giving out wristbands. It was alot of people and the line didn't move at all for a couple hours. Then the lady handing out the tickets didn't even seem to care much about anything. After you finally had your wristband you had to get in another line that didn't move fast at all. We showed up at 8 didn't get in till 11. The security seemed rude the door man asked us 5 times how many in our party before letting us in. We paid for open bar from 8-10 and it went to wast from the lines moving so slow. How is one person going to handle maybe 100 people by herself.. horrible experience I definitely wouldn't recommend this place or will be going back. The place itself was ok beautiful view, music was ok, drinks were strong.. but as I stated I won't be going back January 2, 2016
