CLEVELAND- Three people were shot outside of a nightclub early Sunday morning. Cleveland police identified the three victims as 20-year-old Devin Allen, Michei Jones and 19-year-old Jordan Meade.
Several police sources told Fox 8 the shooting happened around 2 a.m., near the Odeon Concert Club on the East Bank of the Flats, at the intersection of Old River Road and West 10th Street.
Some of the victims were found by Cuyahoga County Sheriff Deputies near West 10th. Sources say off-duty officers who were providing security at the night club were providing first aid to two of them. Steve Loomis, Cleveland Police Union President, tells Fox 8 that the off-duty officers were using new the first aid training, along with new equipment, that they received earlier this year. Officers have now used this new training 5 times in the past 6 months.
The Odeon night club has been closed but was open Saturday to host a hip-hop night. The preliminary police investigation says that one suspect opened fire and that he is a young male, possibly with dread locks. The suspect fled the scene, possibly in an older model vehicle.
The three victims are males in their early 20's. Police say that they are all expected to survive their injuries.

How about you tell us--East side or West side? As you know already--most clubs are for those 18-20 or only for those 21 & over, you have to look around--not many gathering places for those 16-18 y/o.
With out knowing which side of town or if you are looking outside the area -- really can not give you an answer.
